Yes. The program has such a feature. To add a word, you need to open the application, go to Speech > Add word. Enter the word and click the Speak Word / Phrase button. Once you are done, speak the word that you've just put and click Accept. By doing this, the word / phrase is automatically added to the dictionary and the program will recognize it right away.
